Virtual Branch Set-Up Instructions:

For first time virtual branch users, enroll today!

  1. Enter your Member Number and your MARTIN Pin Number

    • You can find your Member Number included with your welcome packet or in the upper right hand corner of your statements

    • Your MARTIN Pin Number is a 4-digit number you chose on your Membership Application. If you do not remember your MARTIN Pin Number you can call us at (214) 630-0611 to reset it

  2. After you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions by clicking on the box to check it, you can create your Logon ID and Security Code (password)

Crossing Accounts:

If you have more than one account number and would like to access them both using one Logon ID, you can cross your accounts by filling out this form and returning it to us either by fax (214) 688-7042, mail or in person at either of our branch locations. Note: If you have a joint member on one of your accounts they must also be joint on the account you wish to cross. For any questions please give us a call at (214) 630-0611.

Virtual Branch service will be available for your convenience twenty-four (24) hours per day.
