Don't worry. Metro Medical's Mobile Banking products are safe and secure! We utilize the highest security measures to protect your confidential information. Only the phones that you personally enroll in the products can access your account. 

In addition, no data is ever stored on your phone. And, in the event that your phone has been lost or stolen, the service can immediately be disabled through Virtual Branch (available 24/7).

All you need to get started is a Virtual Branch Login ID and these 5 easy steps to set up our App on your iPhone® or Android® device:

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android® Phone or the App Store on your iPhone®

2. Search for "Metro Medical Credit Union" then click on the download button and proceed to download the app

3. Once the app has completed downloading, enter your Virtual Branch Logon ID and password

4. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions to complete the enrollment process

*There is currently no charge associated with Metro Medical Credit Union’s Mobile Banking products. Bill Pay is free when you pay three (3) or more bills each month; otherwise a monthly fee applies.
