The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is the yearly rate of interest that includes fees and costs paid to acquire the loan. All vehicles financed must meet lending criteria. All loans subject to credit approval. Actual rate based on credit score. Members cannot refinance an existing MMCU loan. Rates and terms are subject to change.     NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
    Members who apply, are approved, and book an auto loan with MMCU from July 1, 2024 at 12:01 AM until September 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM, will automatically be entered to win a 0% APR auto loan. The prize has no cash value and cannot be substituted. Only one entry per vehicle loan.

    Eligibility: The sweepstakes is offered to all MMCU members, new and existing, in good standing age 18 or older. Employees, directors, officers and household members of Metro Medical Credit Union are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Members must have loan funded by date of drawing to be eligible.

    How to enter: Eligible MMCU members who book a new or used auto loan or switch their current auto loan from another financial institution to MMCU during promotional period are automatically entered into the sweepstakes. Cancelled, denied, and pre-existing MMCU auto loans are not eligible.

    Manual entries are without obligation and may be submitted by legibly hand printing on a “3x5” card the words: “0% APR Auto Loan Sweepstakes” along with your name, mailing address and telephone number and mailing the entry to: Metro Medical Credit Union, Attn: Lending Department, 8200 Brookriver Dr., Ste. N- 110, Dallas, TX 75247. If you enter manually and win, you are subject to credit worthiness to redeem the prize. If multiple mail entries are received, only the first entry received will be entered into the sweepstakes.

    Prize: One (1) member will have his/her MMCU auto loan interest reduced to 0% (up to $3100.00) for the remaining life of their MMCU loan on the specified vehicle. Any interest paid on the loan prior to the drawing will be reimbursed by MMCU. Winner will be required to sign an addendum acknowledging the change in APR and/or monthly payment. Any portion of the prize, not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. Federal, state, and local taxes on the prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the winner.

    Winner Notification: Winner, as specified above, will be determined by random drawing from all eligible participants on or around October 7, 2024. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of valid entries received by the deadline. Winner need not be present to win and will be notified by telephone within or around five business days after drawing. Winner will have one (1) week to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim the prize during the specified time period, a new winner will be drawn from all eligible participants. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. Winner must have a valid Social Security Number and a U.S. Government photo identification on file to be eligible to win. MMCU may report the value of the prize to the IRS as required by law. Winner may be required to sign a Publicity Release form. By accepting and/or using the prize, winner agrees to use of winner’s full name and/or likeness for the purpose of appearing in print and/or electronic media for Metro Medical Credit Union without compensation.

    General Terms: Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. This contest is subject to cancellation at any time, without prior notice. By participating entrants agree to: a) the Official Rules and the decisions of MMCU, which shall be final in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless MMCU, their advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective directors, or employees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the drawing and the acceptance, use, misuse, of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the drawing and at its sole discretion award prize from among all eligible entries validly received prior to the action taken.
